The worse time of my life was made better by Mark’s professionalism and not having to worry about feeding my guests and all the prep that goes along with it. All the guests raved about the food! It was hot and cooked to perfection. I was concerned to serve my guests roast beef (it’s always dry when served at events) but Mark explained his whole process on how he cooks his beef, and it turned out amazing. We also had the Tuscan Chicken, Roasted Red Potato’s, Pasta Bar with 3 sauces, California Vegetables and Salad and Rolls. I would give the whole luncheon a “10”. The staff also cleared the tables and quietly did the take down while my kids were sharing stories about their Dad. The staff was very respectful to our day.
